Grand Theft Auto 6 is expected to be one of the biggest games of all time, and its developer has reaffirmed plans to hit its Nov. 19 release date.Developer Rockstar Games is a subsidiary of Take-Two, and its CEO, Strauss Zelnick, spoke with the press ahead of its latest earnings report. Zelnick confirmed that it doesn't yet plan to start marketing the game, despite many fans online expecting news over the last few months.In an interview with Variety, Zelnick shared that Rockstar plans to begin marketing GTA 6 in the summer. He said, “So the next few weeks I don’t think it’ll be summertime yet, but when it’s summertime, Rockstar expects to start marketing GTA 6.” You May Also Like

This confirms at least another month of waiting for fans who want to see a third trailer for the game.In an interview with Bloomberg, Zelnick confirmed plans to hit the Nov. 19 release date. Some had speculated that there may be a third delay after the title was first slated for release in 2025. It then moved to a May 2026 release date, before a second delay to November. The other big talking point is how much Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to cost or when you’ll be able to preorder the title. That appears to be part of the marketing cycle planned by Take-Two and Rockstar Games, with some expecting a price higher than that of a typical flagship game.Bank of America analyst Omar Dessouky recently told Seeking Alpha that GTA 6 should cost $80. If that happens, it would put it $10 above other flagship titles, while others have speculated it may reach $100 per copy.
